Shipping policy
All items are sent as letter post, via Australia Post. The default setting is untracked letter post but this can be upgraded to tracked post at the checkout. Upgrading to tracked postage is always recommended.
Items will be sent in the manner selected by the customer at the checkout. Information about shipping times is provided at checkout and in other locations on the website. E&L Designs takes no responsibility for items not arriving in time if the appropriate shipping option is not selected.Â
Lost or Stolen Items:Â
Please note E&L Designs does not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if Australia Post has confirmed delivery. Selecting an option with tracking is always recommended.Â
