DOMESTIC SHIPPING - DELAYS WITH AUSTRALIA POST

All items are sent after the initial production time of 5 business days and are sent via Australia Post letter post. 

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays with postage across the entire network so please be patient with delivery.  

Delivery options and postage costs - Australia Wide:

  • Standard Post
    The average cost is between $2.70 - $3.80, although it can vary depending on weight.
    No tracking available, delivery within 1 - 3 weeks due to delays with Australia Post.

  • Standard Post with tracking
    Costs $6.
    Tracking available, delivery within 1 - 3 weeks due to delays with Australia Post.
  • Registered Post
    Costs $8 
    Signature upon delivery, no tracking available, delivery within 1 - 3 weeks due to delays with Australia Post.

  • Express Post
    Costs $9
    Includes tracking number and delivery is within 1-5 days due to delays with Australia Post.

*At this time due to COVID-19, Australia Post are experiencing significant delays across the network and all post is delayed.  It is unknown at this time how long mail will take to be delivered and no postage times are guaranteed.

All full page items are packaged in a cellophane bag with cardboard backing in a cardboard envelope to protect the items from bending in transport and to protect against weather conditions.  Items are also sent with a do not bend sticker to let the post person know to please not bend your precious items at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am not shipping internationally at this time.  

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are sent as letter post, via Australia Post.  The default setting is untracked letter post but this can be upgraded to tracked post at the checkout.  Upgrading to tracked postage is always recommended.

Items will be sent in the manner selected by the customer at the checkout.  Information about shipping times is provided at checkout and in other locations on the website.  E&L Designs takes no responsibility for items not arriving in time if the appropriate shipping option is not selected. 

Lost or Stolen Items: 

Please note E&L Designs does not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if Australia Post has confirmed delivery.  Selecting an option with tracking is always recommended.
