Refund, Returns and Cancellations

Please choose carefully and request further information about a product if you are unsure of some aspect prior to purchase.
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours.  After that time, I cannot accept cancellations.
  • Most of the items I create are customised and/or personalised and as such cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges based on foil colours as examples are provided on individual listings so please make sure you are happy with the foil colour prior to purchasing. If you would like to see a specific colour foil, please contact me. You can also request a sample sticker prior to placing an order.

  • Postage costs will not be refunded if a refund is applicable.

  • Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and I will do everything I can to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Items: 
Please note E&L Designs does not take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels if Australia Post has confirmed delivery, and one of the 'tracked' shipping options is always recommended.
